Visiting Northern WI and Upper MI

Phelps is a quiet little community in Vilas County, Northern WI, bordering the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

Northern WI and Upper MI have a tremendous amount of wild areas, lakes, streams and the like. Hiking, camping, fishing and many other outdoor activities are readily available. This is one of the reasons we build so many beautiful custom homes in the area as well. People will drive hours to see this part of the country.
